Muscles, arteries and nerves on the face outlines
Read the guide: The Treatment RecordWhen you draw a sketch on a face outline, the toolbar now has Muscles, Arteries and Nerves: turn any of them on to see where they usually run under the drawing, and Names to label them. The same switches are on a saved sketch when you open it, and on the Injection Map's schematic view. They are a guide, not this Patient's anatomy (vessels and nerves vary from person to person), and they are never saved with the sketch or shown in the export.

New face and body outlines to sketch on
Read the guide: The Treatment RecordNew sketch now offers Clayform's new outlines: the face from the front, at 45° and in profile from either side, drawn Female or Male, the lips close up, and the body from the front, from the back and with the arms raised for the underarms. The Injection Map's schematic view and the record's export use the same drawings, and the injection sites have moved onto the new face. Sketches you have already made keep the outline they were drawn on.

Smaller changes and fixes
- A new or changed number in a Patient's UK mobile, on New Patient or in Contact details, must now be a UK mobile, so a number from abroad can't be typed in by mistake. One already on file stays as it is.
- A Patient's email can't be changed to an email another record at your Clinic holds; Clayform names that record instead.
- A record's Access Log now pages through every opening with Previous and Next. It stays the Owner's alone, and says so to anyone else.
- On the Treatment Record, cancelling a Medical History you have changed now asks first, with Keep answering or Discard changes.
- New Booking's deposit notice follows a Promo Code's price and the Add-ons you tick, and a Service's own Payment Policy saves the deposit exactly as you set it.

Sculptr is now Clayform
Sculptr has a new name: Clayform. You will see it across the app, in the emails Clayform sends for your Clinic, in the Patient Portal and in the credit at the foot of your Clinic Page. Your Clinic, its Patients, Bookings and settings are just as they were.

A quieter Home while you start
Read the guide: Setting up your ClinicUntil your Clinic has its first Patient, the Home offers one thing: Bring your Patients over, for a Clinic moving from another system, with Import Patients or Not now. After that, the Make more of Clayform cards wait until your 10th completed Checkout, so the first weeks stay with your Bookings. Everything they offer is on Explore whenever you want it.

Hand the device over in the room
Read the guide: The Treatment RecordOn the Treatment Record, the Patient now answers their own forms on your device: a Consent to sign, an Acknowledgement, the question about recording the consultation and Marketing Consent each have a button that hands the device to the Patient by first name. It shows them that one form and nothing else until you choose Staff, type your Signing PIN and choose Take back, which returns you to the step the form belongs to. An Adverse Event's emergency Consent works the same way. For a Patient who cannot sign, Can't sign themselves? Sign on their behalf stays on your own screen.

Smaller changes around the day
- New Booking folds the Practitioner, a typed time and Override under More options, which opens by itself when a time needs them.
- A Patient's record shows today's Appointment above its tabs, with Checkout, Resume record or Open booking.
- Checkout for a Booking whose Treatment Record is still a draft says so, and its payment waits for the signature; the record's author gets a button that opens the first step still owed.
- At Checkout, a next visit due further ahead than you take Bookings shows the day it is due, with Book it now instead.
- A Basket line that can't be ordered says why and links to what to open: the Pharmacy Order that holds it, or the Prescription to order from.
- In the Inbox, an Internal Note you have not sent is kept for its Thread, as a reply is, and while the tick for what the Patient raised is on, the send button says what the reply also closes: Send and mark handled, or Send and mark 2 handled for two.

A Birthday Message, with Clinic Credit if you like
Settings › Loyalty & referrals has a new Birthday card. Switch it on and each Patient aged 18 or over who has agreed to hear about offers from you gets a Birthday Message a few days before their birthday, with Clinic Credit to come in and book, or the message alone if you set the credit to £0. You choose how many days before it goes and how long the credit lasts; whatever is unspent by then ends, and the card counts what was sent, granted and left unspent.

Combined Time for Services booked together
Read the guide: An Appointment, from Booking to CheckoutA Patient booked for two treatments at once no longer needs both treatments' full times, since numbing, forms and the consultation happen once. Switch on Combined time in Settings › Payment Policy and a Booking with Add-ons takes its longest Service's time plus a little extra for each other Service, up to the longest visit you set. New Booking shows the visit's length as you add Add-ons, and Bookings already made keep their times.

Consult and treat in one Appointment
Read the guide: An Appointment, from Booking to CheckoutA treatment Service can now be Consult and treat: it starts with an in-person consultation in the same Appointment, at its one price and time, and Patients booking it read that they are treated only if it is right for them. Clayform suggests it for injectables and threads, and an Owner or Manager switches it on or off in the Service's settings. A consultation Service can instead come off treatment: at Checkout, Treatment today offers the treatments that fit into the end of the consultation's time, each with Add, and the bill takes the Consultation fee off the treatment. A Patient who is not treated pays the consultation in full.

Hand your device over for the forms a Patient owes
Read the guide: An Appointment, from Booking to CheckoutWhen a Patient arrives with their Medical History or a Consent still to do, the Booking's panel on the Calendar names what is owed above Check in and offers Hand over for forms. Your device greets the Patient by first name and shows only the forms they owe, each with Start, and reaches nothing else in Clayform while they have it. To take it back, choose Staff, type your Signing PIN and choose Take back. The forms are the Patient's own, recorded as done at the desk: a Medical History still waits for the Practitioner's review, and a Consent is still confirmed in the room. Handing a device over needs your own Signing PIN.

Sketches on the Treatment Record
Read the guide: The Treatment RecordStep 8 of the Treatment Record is now Notes and sketches, so you can draw with the Patient to show what you discussed. Choose New sketch, pick what to Draw on (a blank page, the face or body outline, or one of this visit's before or after photos), draw with a pencil or a finger and choose Save sketch. While the record is a draft, its author can Redraw or Remove a sketch. Sketches from the Patient's earlier visits show under From earlier visits, and once a record is signed, Add a sketch adds one as an Amendment, with its reason. Sketches stay on the record and never reach the Patient Portal.

The weekly order on the Pharmacy Home
Read the guide: Ordering from the PharmacyThe Pharmacy Home now shows the Suggested Order at every Clinic: what your next 14 days of Appointments will use, less the stock you have, and the supplies you usually order, with one button to add them all to Clinic supplies. Booked Patients whose Prescription is ready to order are listed under it, with Add to their Baskets. See it all opens the full Suggested Order, now with Usual supplies, due by how often you order them, and Booked Patients and their Prescriptions, showing where each booked Patient stands. Nothing is placed until you place it.
14 Oct
Help beside the page you are on
Help at the top of every page opens Clayform's Help Guides. On a screen that has a guide, Help for this page opens it beside the page, so you can follow the steps without leaving it. What's new lists what has changed in Clayform, with a dot on Help until you have seen it, and Email a person at Clayform reaches us when a guide does not answer your question.
13 Oct
Marketing drafts your week
Once an Owner lets the Assistant work on your marketing, the Marketing page fills with Marketing Drafts each Monday: replies to Reviews, Google posts, fixes for your Clinic Page and more. This week shows everything waiting for a yes, and each channel has its own thread beside it. Nothing goes out until you or a Manager publishes it.
8 Oct
Automations, on one timeline
Settings now has Automations where the Playbook was. It shows every Message a Patient gets around a treatment in the order they go out, from the booking confirmation to the review request, with each one's switch and timing beside it.
8 Oct
Calls on the Clinic Number
Clayform now runs your Clinic Number's calls. Members who turn on Takes calls in their Account ring first, on their own mobiles, and the AI Receptionist or a Voicemail follows if nobody answers. You can call a Patient or an Enquiry from their Thread, showing the Clinic Number, and every Call appears in the Thread with its transcript and, while it is kept, its recording. A caller nobody answered who left no Voicemail gets one Missed-call Text with your booking link.
8 Oct
Going live with a Subscription
A Clinic now sets up free, for as long as it needs, and goes live when the Owner starts its Subscription. The monthly price follows how many Appointments the Clinic held the month before, for any number of staff. Until it goes live, the Clinic takes no new Bookings and has no Directory listing.
