Does it cost anything to book through Clayform?
No. Clayform charges you nothing. You pay the clinic its own price for the treatment, and any deposit it asks for comes off that price.
How do I know my practitioner is qualified?
Before anyone can treat through Clayform, we check their identity and that they have indemnity cover. Where they are on a professional register, such as the GMC, NMC or GDC, the clinic page says which one.
Why do some treatments need an assessment first?
Some treatments use prescription-only medicines. For those, a prescriber assesses you face to face before anything is injected, so only days with a prescriber in the clinic are offered when you book.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Before you pay, you see until when you can cancel or move for free, and exactly what it costs after that, in pounds. You can cancel or move it yourself from your Patient Portal.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your email or mobile number and a code we send you each time. The same sign-in works at every clinic on Clayform.
Can I book if I am under 18?
No. Every treatment on Clayform is for adults, so we ask for your date of birth when you book.
