Each Placing makes one Pharmacy Order per parcel. Pharmacy Orders lists them under Open, Delivered and All. An order's state comes from its Order Lines: Placed, Accepted by the Pharmacy, Dispensed, Shipped, then Delivered, with tracking once shipped.
While nothing is dispensed, an Owner, Manager or Practitioner can Cancel the Pharmacy Order: its goods are refunded, Platform Credit first, and delivery stays charged. On an order for a named Patient, its Prescription Lines do not reopen, so what the Patient still needs takes a fresh Prescription. The Pharmacy accepts or rejects an order whole; a rejected order is refunded, and you place what you still need again.
When it arrives
Open the order and choose Confirm delivered, unless it already shows Delivered. With the Clinic workspace on, its Stock Items are usable at once. Stock bought for a Patient is Patient-Dispensed: only that Patient's, used by the administrator the Prescription names or the prescriber.
Within 24 hours, fill in the Delivery Check: what was received, its condition and, for an insulated parcel, the cold chain. Choose Record Delivery Check. A discrepancy opens a case at the Pharmacy desk and never stops you using the stock. A parcel delivered to a Patient's home has no Delivery Check.
